Simplified, Upfront Pricing
Our straightforward, per-clean pricing is based on your property’s unique specifications, such as square footage, number of rooms, number of beds (which impacts laundry), and location. When you add your property to the Keepers platform, our system automatically generates a cleaning price, which is clearly displayed so you know exactly what to expect before each clean.
Set It and Forget It
Once your cleaning fee is set, you can “set it and forget it.” We will not fluctuate the price based on seasonality, demand, or other factors. The price you see is the price you pay, period. Pricing may only change for extraordinary circumstances, such as excessively messy guests or pet-related cleaning.
Pass the Fee to Your Guests
We recommend hosts set their cleaning fee equal to the Keepers fee and pass it on to guests. This means you pay nothing out of pocket for our services. Your guests cover the cost of cleaning, while you enjoy the benefits of automated, hassle-free housekeeping.
